Martires hangs up robe after 17 years in judiciary as SC approves early retirement

THE Supreme Court en banc has approved unanimously the early retirement of Associate Justice Samuel Martires who will assume the position of Ombudsman starting this Wednesday.

Martires will hang his robe after serving 17 years of serving in the judiciary.
