ABOUT 15,000 anti-Duterte rallyists gathered along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City on Monday afternoon as President Rodrigo Duterte delivered his third State of the Nation Address (SONA), according to the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).

'Initial report from our ground operatives is 15,000. We have definitely seen it reach until Ever Gotesco Mall. It is significantly higher compared to last year because a lot of organizations joined together,' Eleazar told The Manila Times.
