ROADS leading to the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City where President Rodrigo Duterte will deliver his third State of the Nation Address (SONA) have been closed and would stay closed until the arrival of the Chief Executive.

As of posting time, only private vehicles and police mobiles are allowed to enter. Public vehicles such as buses, jeepneys, and UVs are directed to the left lane of Luzon Avenue, part of which was closed starting at 9:45 a.m.
