‘Yellow’ rainfall alert up in Metro, 5 other areas because of monsoon rains--Pagasa

THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) raised the yellow rainfall warning on Friday in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Zambales, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija because of monsoon rains enhanced by tropical storm “Inday” (international name: Ampil)

This means flooding is possible in low-lying areas.
