RIYADH: The allure of Saudi Arabia for expatriate workers as a country of opportunity awash in petrodollars is vanishing. Gone are the days when thick gold necklaces, bracelets and rings were the trademark of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Saudi Arabia.
