Pulse Asia: Majority of Filipinos oppose shift to federalism

MAJORITY of Filipinos are opposed to a shift to federalism, according to a recent Pulse Asia survey.

The survey on 1,800 respondents from June 15 to 21 said 62 percent were not in favor, 28 percent were in favor while 10 percent were uncertain.
