THE Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) on Thursday warned the public not to deal with scammers issuing false central bank-issued documents.
These include loan documents, deposit certificates and fund-transfer papers, which the central bank said in a statement were provided to “individuals, corporations or institutions” by scammers “pretending to be authorized BSP officials.”
