Remains of Filipino 'hero' in Slovakia comes home

THE remains of a Filipino who was beaten to death in Slovakia for coming to the rescue of a Filipina and another foreigner who were being harassed arrived in the Philippines on Tuesday.

Henry John Acorda, 36, was aboard a chartered plane courtesy of the Slovakian government, which recognized his 'heroism.'
