Trough of LPA to bring rains over Eastern Visayas—Pagasa

THE trough of a low pressure area (LPA) will bring light to moderate rains over the Eastern Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Admnistration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday morning.

The state-run weather bureau said the LPA was 655 kilometers (km) east northeast of Guiuan Eastern Samar as of 9 a.m.
