HONG KONG: Scientists here have developed a robotic system that can perform brain surgeries within a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner to facilitate the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and other neuropsychiatric disorders, the University of Hong Kong (HKU) said.
