Trump-Kim summit 'augurs well' for regional peace, stability -- Palace

MALACANANG on Wednesday said the Philippine government welcomed the 'landmark' summit between United States (US) President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, saying it 'augers well' for peace and stability in region.

In a statement, Palace spokesman Harry Roque said the Philippines was 'ready to lend its support' to attain the goals of the historic dialogue.
