Monsoon rains to persist in Luzon, Visayas this week—Pagasa

TYPHOON “Domeng” may have left Philippine territory, but it would continue to spawn monsoon rains over Luzon and Visayas this week, the state-run weather bureau said.

“Typhoon Domeng exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Sunday but it will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon or 'habagat',” weather specialist Shelly Ignacio said.
