The Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) arrested eight foreigners and 474 Filipino employees in Pampanga for their alleged involvement in an online trading scam.
PNP Chief Oscar Albayalde presented the eight suspects, who were identified initially as Israelis, in Camp Crame Thursday morning.
