THE doors to what’s been billed as a “resort airport” will formally be opened today, adding flair and much-needed capacity to the country’s second-busiest gateway.

Three years after construction started, Terminal 2 of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) will be inaugurated by GMR-Megawide Cebu Airport Corp. (GMCAC) with President Rodrigo Duterte in attendance.
