Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies

A LOW pressure area (LPA) embedded along the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is expected to bring cloudy skies and rains over parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday, the state-run weather bureau said.
