No. “Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko” was my first taste of having to be involved in a charitable endeavor. The experience and training I got from Kapwa helped me understand better the health and medical needs of the marginalized members of society in my political career, which helped me launch projects that would help alleviate their medical concerns.
