The Philippines opened its cam-paign in the Chi-nese Taipei Football Association (CTFA) International Tournament 2017 with a lop-sided 3-1 win over Laos on Friday at the Municipal Stadium in Taipei, Taiwan.
Longtime standout Phil Younghusband scored in the first half before two other booters netted one goal apiece in the final 45 minutes as the Azkals grabbed the first maximum points in the inaugural edition of the competition.
