KIDAPAWAN CITY: Five persons were injured when an unidentified suspect lobbed a hand grenade and exploded in the town of Carmen, North Cotabato on Friday evening, authorities said.

Police identified the victims as David Orteza, Joel Aragon, Henry Nobleza, Darwin Ortiz and an unidentified child -- all residents in nearby Kabacan.
