The local officials of Bulacan led by Gov. Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado and Vice Gov. Daniel Fernando on Tuesday honored former Representative Ricardo “Tata Carding” Silverio through a Luksang Parangal with officials of the local government units in the province.

Bulacan, particularly residents of the 3rd Congressional District, is mourning the passing of the former congressman who was also mayor of San Rafael town and a business tycoon known by his nickname “Tata Carding” who died of cardiac arrest last December 11.
