THE Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) on Saturday asked President Rodrigo Duterte to reconsider his decision allowing the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
