Kyle (who fondly took the moniker Kulas for local flavor) says Cagayan de Oro is a big city but it feels like a small community. It has malls and anything that you can find in a big city but what he loves about the place is its being a small community. And he has been exposed to the beauty of the area – the waterfalls of Iligan City, volcanoes, good beaches, snorkeling, and diving.
