Getting a license to own and possess firearms (LTOPF) is easier now that the Philippine National Police (PNP) has streamlined the process in accordance with the directive of President Rodrigo Duterte to do away with redundancy.
PNP chief Ronald de la Rosa said they have reduced the requirements for LTOPF from 10 to four.
