MALACAÑANG on Tuesday said the practice of “endo” or contractualization of employees in various firms will be “reduced” in six months.

In a press briefing, Presidential spokesman Ernesto Abella disclosed the outcome of the previous Cabinet meeting, including plans lined up by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
