TOKYO, Japan: Mitsubishi Motors Corp. (MMC) has acquired the services of a United Kingdom-based firm to conduct a thorough investigation into allegations that the Mitsubishi Montero Sport model has a sudden unintended acceleration (SUA) defect.
This was announced by MMC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Osamu Masuko during a press briefing with the Philippine media at the MMC headquarters Tuestday in this prefecture.
