One officer to occupy 4 top PNP posts

FOR the first time in the history of the Philippine National Police (PNP), a single official will occupy the top four positions in the 160,000 man-strong organization this coming week, The Manila Times learned over the weekend.

Deputy Director General Francisco Uyami will occupy four posts with the upcoming retirement of several officials.
