For the second-straight year, Sean Terence Zamora of University of Santo Tomas and Kyla Soguilon of Sun Yat Sen-Kalibo bagged the Swimmer of the Year awards in the Philippine Swimming League (PSL) Annual Awards Night held at the Casa Pilar Convention Center-Boracay in Malay, Aklan.
