VIGAN City, Ilocos Sur: Efforts to unite the “Solid North” to support the candidacy of Senator Grace Poe are ongoing, according to Ilocos Sur first district Rep. Ronald Singson.

Singson, who has been campaigning for Poe, said that the senator is the leading presidential candidate in his district and he is working to get the support of the second district of the province headed Rep. Eric Singson, his uncle.
