Philippines’ prime capital is set to find its latest star with the first-ever “Tinig ng Maynila,” the city of Manila’s singing contest where half a million pesos and a recording contract from VIVA await the grand winner.
The talent search is a project of Manila City Hall under the Sulong Manila program of president, Mayor Joseph Estrada himself, in cooperation with VIVA Live Inc.
