Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) announced on Friday its plans for a new commercial, mixed-use development that will transform the entrance of Ayala Center in Makati into a modern gateway, with a first-of-its-kind intermodal transport facility designed for the commuting public.

Manny Blas, Ayala Land vice president and head of operations for Makati, said that project is the next phase of its P125-billion Makati revitalization plan to develop six nodes which also include the McKinley Exchange, Ayala Triangle, City Gate and Circuit Makati.
