De Lima bids DOJ adieu

A teary-eyed Justice Secretary Leila de Lima on Thursday bid farewell to the Department of Justice (DOJ), as she admitted to having failed to accomplish her mission to give complete justice for all.

She, however, said her successor must finish the mission.
