Aquino opens Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway

MUNTINLUPA CITY: Vehicular traffic in the southern part of Metro Manila is expected to ease with the opening of the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) on Friday.

President Benigno Aquino 3rd led the inauguration of the P2-billion expressway, the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) road project under his administration.
