Showbiz and theater circles woke up to sad and shocking news on Wednesday, when the death of 15-year-old talent Julia Louise Buencamino—daughter of veteran thespians and movie and TV actors Nonie and Shamaine Buencamino—surfaced in online reports.

It was www.abs-cbnnews.com, which first broke the story before dawn with initial reports that Julia, who stars in the network’s ongoing afternoon youth drama series Oh My G!, was declared dead on arrival at the Cardinal Santos Memorial Hospital in San Juan City.  The family’s household help had found the dead body of the young actress hanging from the ceiling of the Buencamino residence in Quezon City at around 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
