Former Marinduque Provincial Engineer Godofredo Sadiua and Project Engineer Marco Marco Leyco are facing charges before the Sandiganbayan in connection with road projects in Torrijos municipality in 2005.

The Office of the Ombudsman filed five counts of falsification and two counts of graft against Sadiua and Leyco last April 30, alleging that they failed to implement the project for the improvement of Pakaskasan Road as well as for concreting Payanas Road.
