Espina mum on resign talks

TALKS that Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina has allegedly resigned as officer-in-charge (OIC) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) spread like wildfire on Thursday.

Ironically, the news about the resignation came days after Espina was promoted as the PNP deputy chief for administration, the second-highest position in the police organization.
