PTT plants mangrove propagules in Cavite

REPRESENTATIVES from the Royal Thai Embassy, students and personnel from various schools, military personnel, government workers and employees of PTT Philippines have joined hands to plant about 50,000 mangrove propagules in Noveleta, Cavite.

A propagule is any plant part or cutting used to propagate a new plant.
