Fringe Manila is the Philippine leg of the worldwide Fringe event. Engaging local artists and cultural organizations as well as global artists, Fringe Manila aims to raise the awareness among domestic and international audience of the depth and breadth of artistic endeavors throughout the archipelago and stage and produce a multi-arts festival that caters to both the emerging and the established artist in the Philippine arts scene.
