Civilian woman hurt as NPAs strafed military truck in Albay

A civilian woman was wounded when she was accidentally hit by stray bullets after five New People's Army (NPA) fighters fired upon a passing Army truck at Barangay Morera, Guinobatan, Albay, late Monday night.

Southern Luzon Command spokesperson Major Angelo Guzman said the incident happened at 12:47 p.m.
