The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) announced that the number of seagoing passengers stranded by inclement weather and rough waves, caused by Tropical Depression "Queenie" has now hit the 4,229 mark.
This figure was sourced from the various ports serving the Central, Eastern and Western Visayas, Northern Mindanao and Palawan.
