TS 'Henry' gains strength as it moves toward east of Northern Luzon

Tropical Storm 'Henry' has gained strength and speed as it to moves northwest, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said on Saturday.

In its advisory, PAGASA said that as of 4 a.m., the center of Tropical Storm “‪Henry‬” was estimated based on all available data at 620 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
