House welcomes 290th member

The House of Representatives opened its doors to its 290th member on Wednesday afternoon.

Rep. Joseph Stephen Paduano of Abang Lingkod party-list took his oath of office before Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. inside the plenary hall.
