THE Supreme Court (SC) has junked the administrative complaint filed by a litigant against three Sandiganbayan justices. The High Court absolved retired Presiding Justice Edilberto Sandoval and incumbent Associate Justices Teresita Diaz-Baldos and Samuel R. Martires in the complaint filed by Antonio Baltazar who filed the case at the SC when he did not get a favorable ruling from the anti-graft court. “It is well-settled that errors, if any, committed by a judge in the exercise of his adjudicative functions cannot be corrected through administrative proceedings, but should be assailed through available judicial remedies,” the High Court said.
