THE Aquino administration was rated “poor” in controlling inflation and oil prices as well as in resolving the Maguindanao massacre case in a review of the Social Weather Stations (SWS) surveys in 2013 held at the Asian Institute of Management on Tuesday.

The net satisfaction rating of President Benigno Aquino 3rd in checking inflation was a -10 percent, almost the same as his late mother, Corazon Aquino’s performance in this area in 1992 or 21 years ago.
