THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) revealed a new method of manufacturing illegal drugs following the recent arrest of three suspects and the seizure of P1-million worth of illegal drugs in a high-end condominium in Makati City on January 18.
Two of the suspects were a showbiz writer and an interior designer, from whom 400 capsules of assorted dangerous drugs, 192 grams of shabu and methylenedioxymethamphethamine (MDMA) or ecstasy were seized.
