‘Paolo’ out of PAR, but new LPA seen to affect Mindanao

Tropical Storm Paolo evolved from a tropical depression but is now outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather forecaster Jun Galang said on Friday. Another low pressure area was recorded at East of Northern Mindanao, Galang added.

Paolo increased its strength outside PAR with maximum winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of 80 kph and a speed of 15 kph, the weather bureau added.
