Mazy’s Capital Inc., owned by Zest Air Chairman and Ambassador Alfredo Yao, bought out Maybank ATR Kim Eng (MATRKE) Financial Corp. from Maybank Kim Eng Holdings Ltd. amid pending listing plans for its beverage units.

Setting up what could be a backdoor listing stage, Mazy entered into a share purchase agreement on Wednesday with Maybank Kim Eng, whereby it would sell Mazy a total of 958.9 million of its issued and outstanding common shares in MATRKE, constituting 89.75 percent of the outstanding capital stock of Maybank ATR at a price of P3.33 per share.
