World Costume Festival 2013 draws int’l designers

Vigan City Mayor Eva Marie Singson Medina and festival director Rollie de Leon give the Golden Kneeling Carabao Trophy to Grand Champion Afif Ghurub of Indonesia

Asian countries, notably Indonesia (with the most number of designs), Japan and Bangladesh brought several entries in the different contest categories. The grand champion, Afif Ghurub of Indonesia won the Golden Kneeling Carabao trophy.
