ADDURU, Tuguegarao City: The joint elements of Ramon Police Station and Isabela Provincial Public Safety Company arrested on Wednesday five drug users while in pot session at Barangay Oscariz, Ramon town, Isabela Police Regional Office 2 regional director Rodrigo de Gracia identified the arrested suspects as Rizalyn Edurese, 34; Resty Atienza, 25; Richard Cortez, 27; Almirante Legaspi, 33, all resident at Barangay Oscariz, Ramon; and Sherwin Ruiz, 30, resident of Barangay Burgos, also in Ramon. According to de Gracia, prior to the arrest, barangay officials informed authorities that the suspects are engaged in prohibited drugs at the said place.PNA
