Typhoon Labuyo continues to weaken, 8 areas in Luzon still under Signal no.3

TYPHOON Labuyo (International codename: Utor) has weakened while crossing Northern Luzon and will exit the Philippines landmass early this afternoon, the state weather forecaster said on Monday.

Pagasa said at least eight provinces in Luzon are still under public storm warning signal no. 3 while nine areas are under signal no.2 and 12 areas including Metro Manila still under signal no.1
