Comelec proclaims Villar, JV, Gringo

Five days after last Monday’s balloting, which some experts consider illegal and invalid, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) proclaimed on Saturday night the last three senatorial race winners, completing the 12.

Comelec proclaimed as senators-elect Cynthia Villar, John Vincent “JV” Estrada and Gringo Honasan.
