DUMAGUETE CITY: Anyo (Form) artist Jennifer Manas bagged two of the three gold medals won by Western Visayas Region in the 2013 Palarong Pambansa arnis competition at the Holy Cross High School Gym here. Arnis is the Philippines’ national martial art and sport by the virtue of Republic Act 9850.
